Ingredients
- 2 oz Bourbon or Rye Whiskey
- 1 Sugar Cube or 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 2-3 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Orange Peel for Garnish
Method
- 1.Place sugar cube in an Old Fashioned glass and saturate with bitters
- 2.Add a small splash of water and muddle until dissolved
- 3.Add whiskey and stir
- 4.Add a large ice cube or several small ones
- 5.Express the oils from an orange peel over the drink and drop it in as garnish
